Event/Rental Application Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Unity of Naples. Request approvals are based on philosophical and theological compatibility, space and staff availability, the existing calendar of events, and prayerful consideration. The submission of an event application form is not a guarantee that your event will be approved and/or scheduled on the date or at the time desired. All forms should be submitted a minimum of three months prior to your requested date. You will receive notification via email when your event request has been reviewed.
